Who is DovelyTom?
Tom Davies, born 10 June 1999 in Wales, United Kingdom, known online as DovelyTom, is a Welsh influencer, content creator, podcaster and published author. He is recognised for over 13 years of community leadership within the global Dove Cameron fandom. Since 2013 he has become a central figure in the Dovelies community, combining original edits, fan driven storytelling and advocacy focused content.

I have been part of the Dovelies community since 2013, that is 13 years of following Dove Cameron’s journey from day one. But this journey has not just been about fandom. It has been about survival, resilience, and finding a safe place for my soul.
Living with Cerebral Palsy and Dyslexia means some days feel heavier than others, moments when the world does not feel built for you. In those moments, Dove’s music and her characters have always been there to catch me.
Whether it was the nostalgia of the early days or the cinematic depth of the Alchemical era, her work has helped me heal my inner child in ways words cannot always capture. It gave me a safe space to be authentic, passionate and creative.
Today I am proud to be known as the #1 Dovely Boy, but more importantly I am proud of the community we have built together: a place where disability is met with inclusion and where creativity is a form of healing.

My favourite photo
Having my Mam and Dove Cameron both connected to my first tattoo means everything to me. My first tattoo, my Mam, and 13 years as a day one Dovely boy, all coming together in one piece I get to carry with me forever.
Dove Cameron has been part of my life since Liv and Maddie, Descendants, LazyBaby, her music and every era right up to now. This tattoo represents grief, love, healing, Disney memories, comfort, and the people and art that helped me keep going.
I was terrified before getting it. Now I look at this photo and feel proud, emotional and deeply grateful. A little tattoo with a lifetime of meaning.
The part of me that never switches off
I was born with cerebral palsy. It is lifelong. There is no cure, no finish line, no morning where I wake up and it has gone. It is simply part of how I move through the world, and it always will be. I talk about it here because hiding it would be a lie, and because somebody else might need to read it.

This is why I keep posting. Every video I put out is a disabled Welsh creator taking up space in a fandom, in an algorithm and on a stage that was never designed with people like me in mind. Thirteen years in, I am still here, still a day one Dovely, still known as the #1 Dovely Boy.
If one Dovely with a disability lands on this page and thinks they could do it too, that is worth more to me than any view count I will ever get.
